For Domestic Tours:
- 30+ days before departure – 90% refund (excluding booking charges).
- 15-30 days before departure – 50% refund.
- 7-15 days before departure – 25% refund.
- Less than 7 days before departure – No refund
For International Tours:
- 45+ days before departure – 85% refund (excluding flight/hotel cancellation charges).
- 30-45 days before departure – 50% refund.
- 15-30 days before departure – 25% refund.
- Less than 15 days before departure – No refund.
